These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and services provided by Divine Mercy Appliances & Engineering Services ("Divine Mercy", "we", "our", "us") in Lagos, Nigeria. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services We Provide

- Air conditioner installation and repair.
- Refrigerator installation and repair.
- Gas cooker installation.
- Electrical wiring for new and existing buildings.
- Office and industrial appliance installations.
- General appliance maintenance services.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Bookings can be made via the website, phone calls, WhatsApp, or email.
- Appointment windows may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational demands in Lagos.
- We may reschedule where safety, access, or supply conditions affect service delivery.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking details (name, address, contact, and service issue).
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location.
- Ensure electrical and structural conditions are suitable for installation work.
- Inform us in advance of known hazards, restrictions, or building rules.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Estimates are based on available information and may change after on-site inspection.
- Final pricing depends on scope, parts, labor, and any additional work approved by you.
- Payment is due as agreed (before, during, or upon completion, depending on project type).
- For larger projects, a mobilization or materials deposit may be required.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may reschedule by contacting us as early as possible.
- Late cancellations after technician dispatch may attract a call-out fee.
- Deposits for purchased materials may be non-refundable once procurement has started.
6. Parts, Materials, and Warranty
- We use quality parts and materials suitable for each job.
- Service warranties apply to workmanship for the period stated in your invoice or service report.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, power surges, third-party alterations, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including downtime, loss of profit, or spoilage, except where required by applicable law.
8. Access and Safety Refusal
We may refuse or stop work where the environment is unsafe, illegal, or materially different from what was communicated at booking.
9. Intellectual Property and Website Use
Website content (text, branding, visuals, and layout) belongs to Divine Mercy or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, parties may refer to competent courts in Lagos State.
